You get out of it what you put into it! Learning to play the piano requires dedication and discipline.
The amount of time spent in a practice session may vary, depending on the goals for the session or for the week.
The time spent should be thoughtful, concentrated practice because practice makes permanent.
What counts is quality time, not quantity!
My daughter has just turned 6 and started lessons with Ms. Jo Ann. She is excited to go each week and loves being affirmed by
Ms.
Jo Ann through verbal encouragement and stickers.
It has been a great experience thus far! Mandy G. Carrollton TX
Both of my children (son-9 yrs, daughter 5 1/2 yrs) take lessons from Jo Ann. She is very patient and encouraging.
She does a nice balance between staying on a song long enough to play it correctly, and moving on to keep the child's interest in playing.
Highly recommended! Kimberly N. Prosper TX
Jo Ann has been so wonderful for my two boys, ages 8 and 9! They have taken lessons from her for one year and they love her. She motivates them to work hard and have fun as well as learn the theory behind the music. She combines lesson plans that are fundamental with types of music my boys are interested in. We would recommend her to everyone! Lisa S. Frisco TX
